Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

  • “Company” means All Seasons Tours

  • “You/Your” means the individual or entity making a booking.

  • “Service(s)” refers to airport transfers, point‑to‑point and open‑service transfers, and excursions in Cancún, Riviera Maya, Playa del Carmen, and Tulum.

  • “Voucher” means the booking confirmation document issued by the Company upon receipt of payment.

2. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings must be made via our website, email, confirmed lines and travel agents.

  • You will receive a Voucher once full payment (or deposit, if applicable) is processed. It is your responsibility to retain and present this Voucher at the time of service.

  • All travel documentation (passports, visas, health certificates) must be current and valid; failure to comply may result in denied service without refund 

3. Payment Terms

  • Full payment or deposit (as specified per Service) is due at the time of booking.

  • We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal, all processed through a PCI‑compliant, protected gateway through stripe for your security.

  • Charges will appear on your statement as “AST” or similar.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Standard Services: Free cancellation or modification up to 24 hours before the scheduled service; thereafter, standard fees apply.

  • Private Excursions: Subject to a 48‑hour cancellation window; cancellations after that incur a 100 % penalty.

  • Refunds for approved cancellations are processed within 15–20 business days, subject to your bank’s processing times

5. No‑Show & Late Arrival

  • 1. A no‑show (failure to present for Service at the scheduled time and location) incurs a 100 % service fee with no refund
    2. If you arrive late, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate you on the next available departure, but cannot guarantee space or refund.

6. Changes to Bookings

  • Change requests are treated as cancellations and rebookings and follow the above cancellation policy.

  • Any fare difference or applicable service fees must be settled prior to reissuance of a new Voucher.

7. Pricing & Currency

  • 1. All prices are quoted in American Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes, fees, and surcharges (“what you see is what you pay”) 

8. Third‑Party Services

  • Some Services may involve third‑party suppliers (hotels, tour operators, venues). All Seasons Tours acts solely as an intermediary; your contract is directly with the supplier for those elements.

9. Liability & Disclaimer

  • We exercise all due care in selecting reputable suppliers, but cannot be held liable for losses, injuries, damages, or delays arising from third‑party acts or omissions, except in cases of proven gross negligence by the Company.

  •  Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the affected Service.

10. Insurance

  • We strongly recommend you obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering personal injury, medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and loss or damage of personal belongings.

11. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website and Vouchers—logos, text, graphics, and images—is the property of All Seasons Tours or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

12. Force Majeure

  • We are not liable for failure to perform any obligation due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including—but not limited to—natural disasters, strikes, government actions, epidemics, or security incidents.

13. Data Protection & Privacy

  • Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, compliant with Mexico’s Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Private Parties and INAI guidelines

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • 1. These Terms are governed by the Federal Consumer Protection Law (Ley Federal de Protección al Consumidor) and other applicable Mexican federal and Quintana Roo state laws,
    2. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts in Cancún, Quintana Roo, Mexico, and the parties waive any other jurisdiction to the fullest extent permitted by law.

15. Severability

  • If any provision hereof is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Amendments

  • We may revise these Terms at any time; material changes will be communicated by email or posted on our website at least 30 days prior to taking effect
