Privacy Policy & Terms of Service 1. Data Protection & Privacy We collect personal data (name, contact, payment details) under GDPR/CCPA compliance solely for service fulfillment. Rescheduling & Cancellations Rescheduling: Free if requested ≥24 hours pre-pickup <24 hours requires new booking at current rates. Cancellations: >24 hours: Full refund. <24 hours: 50% of service fee. Same-day/no-show: 100% forfeiture. 3. Service Terms 4-hour window: Starts at confirmed pickup time. Extra Time is billed at $33 USD per extra Hour Boundaries: No geographical limits, but must conclude within allotted time. Delays: No time extensions for traffic/weather unless pre-approved in writing by Operations Manager. 4. Liability & Disclaimers Passenger conduct: We reserve the right to terminate service without refund for unsafe/illegal behavior. Lost items: Not liable for belongings left in vehicles. Traffic, weather, or unforeseen delays do not extend the 4-hour window unless pre-approved by the Operations Manager. The company is not liable for delays caused by external factors (e.g., accidents, road closures, extreme weather). Passenger conduct: We reserve the right to terminate service without refund for unsafe/illegal behavior. 5. Payment & Disputes All charges finalized at booking. Disputes must be submitted in writing within 7 days of service. 6. Governing Law This agreement is governed by the laws of Benito Juarez, Cancun. Any disputes shall be resolved in the State of Quintana Roo 7. Amendments Terms may be updated with 30 days’ notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance. By booking, you affirm you’ve read, understood, and agreed to these legally binding terms.
