Arrival and Orientation
Your journey begins as you arrive to any of our various habitats located conveniently throughout both Cancun and the Riviera Maya. The serene surroundings set the tone for the day ahead. Upon check-in, friendly staff provide a 15-minute briefing, sharing insights into dolphin behavior, physiology, and guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable interaction.
Meet Your Dolphin Companion
With anticipation building, you're introduced to your dolphin companion. The initial moments are filled with mutual curiosity as you gently touch and pet the dolphin's silky-soft skin. This interaction fosters a bond, paving the way for the adventures to come.

This ride epitomizes the blend of trust and excitement that defines the encounter.

Please Consider
- There is no minimum age. Children under 8 years old must be accompanied by an adult during the activity (both participants must pay for the program).
- People not participating in the activity may stay in designated areas. For safety reasons, these areas are separate from the wet areas.
- Wear your bathing suit, comfortable clothing and footwear
- Bring a hat, sunglasses, biodegradable sunblock, and money for snacks, tips, and souvenirs (tipping is optional)
- Do not apply any sunblock until after the completion of your program
- Please leave all jewelry behind, especially rings and bracelets as these can scratch or hurt the dolphins
- For safety’s sake, cameras are not allowed during this swim, but photo packages are available for purchase at Delphinus
- Please note that our partner will be providing transportation in their vehicle so that you can enjoy this exciting excursion.
- Pick-up and drop-off times will vary according to resort location
